Key Responsibilities
- Dispensing medication according to prescriptions
- Maintaining accurate dispensing records
- Ensuring proper labeling of medications with drug name, strength, quantity, usage directions, patient’s name, and other necessary information
- Adhering to company policies and procedures, particularly those related to controlled drugs
- Placing accurate and timely orders and updating stock records
- Providing excellent customer service and aftercare
- Completing all required training
- Referring to the pharmacist when necessary for assistance
Working Hours and Salary
This full-time position requires working Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm. The salary ranges from £21,000 to £26,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also be entitled to 25 days of holiday.
