Summary
Join our client's dynamic Hospital Pharmacy Team at their acute hospital site in Oxford. As a Pharmacist, you'll work closely with the Hospital Matron and the Group Pharmacy Lead, providing essential clinical care and advice to patients and healthcare teams across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure high-quality clinical care delivery.
- Engage in patient care across Pre-assessment clinic, Outpatient Department, Ward, and Theatres.
- Contribute to autonomous practice within a supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Qualified Pharmacist with full GPhC registration.
- Minimum 12 months of UK-based experience.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and influence others professionally.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Prior hospital experience preferred but not essential.
