Responsibilities

  • Support the development of project plans, including timelines and resource requirements for precision research studies.
  • Proactively identify and address concerns, issues, and delays, develop risk assessments, and contingency plans.
  • Act as a central point of communication for the project team, facilitating alignment on milestone dates.
  • Track and forecast budgets, metrics, and timeline progress for all project deliverables to enable informed decision-making.
  • Gather metrics from various cross-functional areas related to project progress.
  • Identify and assist in resolving protocol-related issues.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including company leadership and sponsors/CROs, to keep all parties informed on study progress.
  • Create a cohesive team environment that fosters productivity.
  • Participate in project meetings and present as required.
  • Take responsibility for client-facing activities, including progress updates and presentations.

Requirements

  • Substantial experience managing clinical trials, preferably with a patient recruitment company or Contract Research Organisation (CRO).
  • An agile and dynamic personality, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Analytical prowess, particularly in Excel.
