Join our team as a Pharmacy Technician at our practice, serving a patient list of around 17,500 individuals. As a valuable member of our general practice clinical pharmacy team, you’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality clinical pharmacy service. This includes ensuring safe, clinically effective, and cost-efficient use of drugs, as well as supporting clinical pharmacists with administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Medication reauthorization and organization of medication reviews
- Referring to local and national guidance for correct prescribing
- Reconciling practice purchased/administered drugs
- Completion/action of Docman/tasks sent to the pharmacy team
- Meeting MMT requirements and targets
- Supporting the clinical pharmacy team and practice team with medication-related queries

Your contribution to clinical governance agendas, regular policy reviews, and multidisciplinary development ideas are vital.
