Are you a Pharmacist seeking an exciting opportunity in a dynamic healthcare environment? Sterling Cross Ltd is currently recruiting for an Outpatient Pharmacist to join the outpatient pharmacy team at a leading city hospital. This role involves supporting the care of recently discharged patients and those attending on an outpatient basis. Operating within one of the largest and most innovative hospitals in the UK, our outpatient pharmacy blends clinical and community services to address the diverse healthcare needs of patients.
From individuals recently treated in A&E to discharged inpatients continuing treatment at home, to those managing complex and progressive conditions, this role offers a chance to make a meaningful impact. This position is ideal for a Pharmacist who thrives in a fast-paced and challenging environment, with the outpatient pharmacy dispensing up to 15,000 items per month. As part of our team, you'll receive comprehensive support to settle into your role, along with a generous benefits package, including a £500 welcome bonus* and annual bonuses of approximately 10% of your salary. This is a permanent position with flexible working options, including full-time (37.5h), part-time, and rotational working patterns.
Responsibilities- Support the care of recently discharged patients and those attending outpatient services.
- Dispense up to 15,000 items per month in a high-volume outpatient pharmacy environment.
- Essential GPhC-accredited MPharm degree (or equivalent).
- Essential Registration with the GPhC as a Pharmacist.
- Essential Experience practising in a high-volume, highly variable pharmacy environment.
- One-off £500 welcome bonus* (*T&Cs apply)
- Annual bonus equal to approximately 10% of salary
