Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Highly Specialist Cardiac (Critical Care) Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in our cardiac care unit, demonstrating a collaborative and patient-centered approach. If you possess experience in cardiology and have a proven track record in managing level 2 or 3 critical care patients, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize medication therapy for cardiac patients in critical care.
Provide pharmaceutical care and contribute to the multidisciplinary approach to patient management.
Demonstrate a clear vision for the future of clinical pharmacy within the specialty.
Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and policies.
Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and pathways.
Qualifications and Skills Registered Pharmacist with relevant postgraduate qualifications.
Extensive experience in cardiology and the management of level 2 or 3 critical care patients.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to continuous professional development.
