Summary

Contribute to the provision of an efficient administrative and secretarial support function to Pharmacy Senior Managers and the wider Pharmacy team in order to support the effective function of the Pharmacy Department. Be responsible for a number of office systems and databases. Provide support to Trust level meetings pertaining to medicines and prescribing. This part-time position is for 20 hours per week and can be taken either as: 5 x 4-hour days or 4 x 5-hour days.

Candidates will possess the following attributes:

  • GCSE English grade A-C (or equivalent)
  • RSA II Typing and/or Word-processing (or equivalent)
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • 2 years secretarial experience
