About the Branch
The Aldershot branch is staffed with an experienced team, including Healthcare Partners, and is located in a busy health center. This branch dispenses approximately 7,000 items per month and uses Medipac robotic distribution technology to enhance efficiency and patient care.

- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 32 days with length of service

Key Responsibilities
- Manage Day-to-Day Operations: Ensure exceptional patient care and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Team Leadership: Provide guidance, support, and training to pharmacy staff.
- Prescription Dispensing: Accurately and efficiently dispense medications, complying with legal and ethical guidelines.
- Patient Support: Offer medication counselling and support, addressing patient concerns.
- Collaboration: Work with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Medication Reviews: Conduct reviews and ensure safe medication management.
- Record Maintenance: Keep accurate patient records and manage inventory.
- Immunization Services: Provide immunization services where applicable.
- Advice on OTC Medications: Offer advice on over-the-counter medications and healthcare products.
- Health Promotion: Actively participate in health promotion and public health initiatives.
What We Require
- Registered Pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Proven experience in a community pharmacy setting, with management experience preferred
- Strong commitment to patient care and safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Up-to-date knowledge of pharmaceutical products and healthcare trends
- A flexible and positive approach to problem-solving
