Duties and Responsibilities
- Contribute to the safe and cost-effective use of medicines.
- Assist in delivering pharmaceutical care to meet patient health needs.
- Assess patient well-being within the context of prescribed medicines.
- Manage the movement and storage of medicines.
- Establish and maintain effective communication about pharmacy activities.
- Modify and organize data, information, computer records, and stock management documents.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of services.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Who We’re Looking For
- GPhC registration is essential.
- NVQ3 or equivalent qualification.
- 6 months of experience in either a hospital or community setting.
- Excellent communication skills.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 1 in 4 Saturdays, 37.5 hours/week.
Contract Type: Permanent.
