Responsibilities:
- Attend consultant ward rounds to provide expert medication advice
- Develop the role of the prescribing pharmacist within critical care
- Teach multidisciplinary team members and students
- Support paediatric/neonatal nutrition services, including parenteral nutrition prescribing
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the EPMA system (Metavision)
- Collaborate on evidence-based treatment guidelines
- Participate in audit and research activities
- Serve as a role model for junior pharmacy team members
Requirements:
- Enthusiastic and committed team player
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in paediatrics or neonates preferred
- Previous paediatric or neonatal critical care experience desirable but not essential
