NHS Jobs is seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Sheffield. As the Responsible Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining GPhC registration requirements. In the absence of the Pharmacist Unit Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, conducting clinical checks, providing advice to patients and staff, and dispensing outpatient and discharge prescriptions. Collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team is key to enhancing and developing our outpatient pharmacy service, ensuring optimal care pathways.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Responsible Pharmacist in the absence of the Unit Manager.
- Ensure all activities align with GPhC registration requirements.
- Coordinate day-to-day pharmacy operations, including clinical checks and dispensing.
- Provide advice and information to patients and staff.
- Work collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary team.

Qualifications and Experience:
