Overview
Rowlands Pharmacy seeks an innovative Pharmacy Manager to lead an award-winning healthcare team in a bustling community pharmacy.
We’re looking for a hands-on leader who excels in building relationships and is dedicated to providing a range of services.
Responsibilities
- Proactively provide diverse services in a community pharmacy setting.
- Lead and inspire the team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Embrace change and contribute to new business initiatives.
- Take ownership of the pharmacy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Utilize a “can-do” attitude to promote and deliver services within the team.
Requirements
- Previous management experience, preferably in a community pharmacy.
- MPharm degree or equivalent.
- GPh C registration upon start date.
- Location
Haslington, East Cheshire.
Working Hours
Monday-Friday: 9am-5.30pm (paid 20-minute break). 42.5 hours per week.
