Role and Responsibilities
As a Relief Pharmacist, you will leverage your clinical, professional, and management skills to:
- Deliver outstanding service and exceed targets.
- Support the Regional Healthcare Manager in maintaining high standards of service, stock control, and compliance with GPhC regulations.
- Inspire and lead the pharmacy team to achieve excellence.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for candidates who are:
- Qualified: Must be a GPhC registered pharmacist; newly qualified pharmacists are welcome.
- Experienced: Preferably with experience in a community pharmacy setting.
- Patient-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
- Knowledgeable: Understanding of NHS pharmacy funding and strategies to maximize profit through target achievement.
- Mobile: Preferably possess a full driving license to cover multiple stores.
