The predicted salary is between 65000 - 65250 Β£ per year.
We are currently seeking a dedicated Pharmacy Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operational delivery of Pharmacy services provided by KFM across all sites.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the month-end generation of Pharmacy service financial reports, collaborating with finance colleagues to ensure timely and accurate payment and financial flow.
- Support Good Distribution Practice regulations, ensuring strict adherence at all times, contributing to the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
- Ensure the safe, efficient, and effective delivery of all aspects of outpatient pharmacy services in accordance with national and local standards.
- Ensure the Outpatient Pharmacy Service meets required KPIs, taking remedial action when necessary.
- Hold delegated accountability for ordering and management of all medicines within Outpatient Pharmacy.
- Provide leadership and act as a role model for the staff of KFM Outpatient Pharmacy.
- Support the delivery of a high-quality and timely service for patients.
- Develop effective working relationships with prescribers and other key Trust stakeholders.
- Manage and develop pharmacy staff, leading effective recruitment, selection, induction, and performance management of a qualified and flexible team.
- Provide professional leadership and advice to all staff working in the Outpatient Pharmacy.
- Ensure all pharmacy staff have appropriate opportunities and support for training and development, and act in accordance with the Code of Ethics and requirements of the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Implement appropriate processes for assessing the competence of pharmacy staff and take responsibility for professional endorsement of that competence.
