We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Practice Plus Group. As a crucial member of our healthcare team, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert clinical advice on medicines and poly-pharmacy, adhering to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include delivering a safe, modern, and efficient medicines management and optimization service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities
