As a Practice Pharmacist with NHS Jobs in Paignton, you will play a pivotal role in patient care and safety. Your responsibilities include:
- Management of Patient Health and Illness: Develop, implement, and maintain practice-based pharmacy services. Provide face-to-face and telephone reviews within defined therapy areas. Offer prescribing support and advice to clinical and non-clinical staff.
- Medication Management: Undertake reviews of individual patients’ medication. Make recommendations for improving patient care and safety. Utilize prescribing rights independently within the pharmacist’s competence.
