To be considered for this role, candidates must be qualified Pharmacists registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPC).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead medication safety with a monthly seminar for clinical staff.
- Oversee medication management and medicines optimisation.
- Maintain precise documentation during clinical pharmacy activities.
- Assist in reviewing and developing department SOPs to ensure high standards.
- Professional communication with service users.
- Active participation in multidisciplinary teamwork.
- Develop and maintain pharmacy expertise.
- Monitor pharmacy charging for accurate revenue capture.
- Deputise for the Pharmacy Manager when needed.
Skills and Experience
- 4 years post‑registration clinical experience in a hospital setting.
- Evidence of continuous professional development.

Salary and Benefits
Salary: £48,000 – £50,000 per annum. Position: Permanent full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm.
