We are currently seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our Clinical Pharmacy Team. In this role, you will collaborate with professional staff, patients, and carers to provide high-quality pharmaceutical care for patients with complex mental health needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver the clinical pharmacy service within the designated area, ensuring high-quality, patient-focused pharmaceutical care.
- Liaise with pharmacy professionals, clinical staff, patients, and carers to optimize medicine use.
- Participate in the development of pharmacy services as needs or opportunities arise.
- Successfully complete the competency-based clinical pharmacy training programme.
- Promote a positive image of individuals with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.
- Contribute to maintaining a positive image of the Pharmacy Department and the wider Trust.
