This position involves 3-month rotations across various clinical areas, including emergency care, medicine, surgery, haematology and oncology, medicines information, and technical services. Main Duties of the Job
- The post-holder will provide expert pharmaceutical knowledge to pharmacy, medical, and nursing staff across different wards and departments.
- Duties will vary based on the rotation and include medicines reconciliation, clinical screening and checking of prescriptions, and general clinical pharmacy duties.
