Are you an innovative Pharmacy Manager seeking the opportunity to lead an award-winning healthcare team? Rowlands Pharmacy, part of Phoenix Medical Supplies, is in search of an experienced Pharmacy Manager with a proactive approach to service delivery in a community pharmacy.
We are looking for a hands-on leader who understands the importance of both team dynamics and building strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the team with a proactive and innovative approach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the community.
- Embrace change and support the team with new business initiatives.
- Take ownership of the pharmacy business, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Previous management experience, ideally in a community pharmacy.
- MPharm degree or equivalent.
- GPhC registration upon the start date.
