Main Duties:
- Manage a caseload for service users with an established ADHD diagnosis and treatment plan.
- Provide ongoing appointments, prescribe, and adjust medication as necessary.
- Undertake physical and mental health monitoring.
- Act as a clinical lead pharmacist for CAMHS services, supporting the Chief Pharmacist in Medicines Optimisation Strategy.
