Manage scheduling, logistics, and communications for agency activities, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met. Act as a key liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and internal departments to facilitate collaboration and alignment. Oversee documentation, reporting, and record‑keeping to maintain accuracy and compliance with organizational standards. Support planning and implementation of agency initiatives, including marketing campaigns, outreach programs, and corporate events. Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and implement process enhancements where necessary. Provide administrative and project support to senior management as required.
