Salary: £36,000 p/a

We are seeking an experienced and professional Gym & Spa Manager to oversee the full operations of a luxury residential fitness, spa, and wellness facility. This is an exceptional opportunity for a confident leader with strong experience in premium leisure, luxury gym management, spa operations, or high-end hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing gym, pool, and spa team
  • Manage daily operations across the fitness suite, pool, spa, and wellness areas
  • Oversee rotas, scheduling, workflows, and operational planning
  • Ensure full Health & Safety, risk assessment, and compliance adherence
  • Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and pool plant testing
  • Monitor and manage budgets, KPIs, reporting, and service improvement initiatives
  • Drive resident engagement through fitness events, spa promotions, and wellness activities
  • Build strong relationships with residents and Estate Management
  • Uphold five-star service standards, ensuring a personalised luxury experience for all residents

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a luxury gym, spa, wellness club, or premium hospitality environment
  • Strong operational management, organisational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Calm, professional, and service-led management style
  • REPs/CIMSPA Level 3 (Level 2 considered with strong experience)
  • First Aid and Pool Plant qualifications desirable
  • Genuine passion for fitness, wellness, and delivering exceptional customer service
