At motive8, we deliver exceptional fitness experiences within premium corporate environments. We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Fitness Coach to join our team and deliver outstanding service within a high-end gym & spa facility.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering an exceptional member experience within a corporate gym environment
- Designing and delivering personal training sessions and small group classes
- Building strong relationships with members and understanding their individual goals
- Carrying out inductions, ensuring members feel confident and supported
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and presentation across the facility
- Monitoring member progress and adapting programmes to support results
- Supporting day-to-day running of the site, including safety checks and equipment standards
- Promoting services, activities, and engagement across the facility
What we’re looking for:
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification
- Experience in a similar fitness or corporate environment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self-motivated and confident working independently
- A proactive, professional, and personable approach
- Passion for delivering high-quality service and member experience
- A clear DBS is required for this position or willingness to undergo a check.
