Workshop Controller at Motor Mall

Motor Mall is seeking an experienced workshop controller to lead a team of technicians.

Reporting To: Service Manager / Operations Manager

Objectives

1. Ensure efficient workshop use of materials, equipment, and labour so service and repairs are carried out to the highest quality standards.
2. Achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction and retain existing custom through the workshop.
3. Improve future labour levels by consulting and cooperating with after-sales reception staff and the Service Manager/Operations Manager.
4. Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with Retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines.
5. Help Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency and cost control.
