We seek a Workplace Support IT Engineer for our Jersey office.
Responsibilities
- Support OS deployments, IT assets and local applications.
- Resolve ITSM tickets within SLA.
- Assist users with devices and application access.
- Maintain documentation, asset registers and Active Directory.
- Provide hands-on support for servers, networks and infrastructure.
- Monitor resources, raise purchase orders and support IT budgeting.
Qualifications
Experience with Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Hyper-V, ITIL 4, LAN/WiFi, Dell servers, storage, backups, Citrix and VPN.
