Our client is seeking a Universal Consultant in People & Culture Operations to deliver a variety of services across the entire People and Culture value chain for a dedicated country. This role plays a critical part in consulting business stakeholders, capturing data, and ensuring quality assurance to maintain accuracy and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will actively mitigate risks to SAP HR and identify non-compliance by adhering to strict standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Implementing People and Culture projects and initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the P&C Operations Function.
- Identifying opportunities for automation in data management, onboarding, and off-boarding processes.
- Managing employee queries related to benefits, payroll, and employee self-service by collaborating with relevant P&C stakeholders.
- Using research methods, such as data collection and surveys, to continuously improve P&C Operations services.
- Assisting P&C Business Partners with benefits administration activities and compiling necessary Offer of Employment documentation.
- Providing mobility advice regarding policies and coordinating services with relevant providers.
- Collaborating closely with People and Culture Business Partners to address solutions and policy matters.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, legal changes, and best practices in People and Culture.
- Acting as a resource for managers and employees on various People and Culture issues and facilitating conflict resolution.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and following procedures for personal information queries.
Job Requirements:
- Higher Certificate or Diploma in Human Resources is required; a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources is preferred.
- Proven experience of 3-4 years as a People and Culture Administrator or Consultant is required.
- Strong knowledge of People and Culture principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Must be organised, meticulous, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to interpret data and provide accurate documentation while following procedures.
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish rapport and empower individuals.
