We are looking for passionate and supportive Training Mentors to join our team at BSK. These are hands-on roles where you will mentor people with learning disabilities and autistic people within our social enterprises, helping them build skills, confidence, and independence in a real working environment.
You will support day-to-day operations across our café, catering, print workshop, and events, while monitoring progress and contributing to training programmes. Working closely with the Training Leads and wider team, you’ll play a key role in creating an inclusive, safe, and professional learning environment.
We have permanent, bank and a 3 month summer position available. If you are a team player with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to helping others thrive, we’d love to hear from you.
