We have an exciting opportunity for a trainee administrator to join the fund department of a medium-sized financial services organisation in Jersey. In this position, the ideal candidate will assist and support the team in various fund structures.

The key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing payments across various banking systems
  • Handling investment transaction documents
  • Ensuring timesheets are completed on a daily basis
  • Helping to maintain client records

Strong academic qualifications A-Levels, grade C or above with motivation to study towards a professional qualification is required. All candidates are expected to have the ability to communicate well and possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word and Excel.
