Overview
We have a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our friendly team as a Trainee dental nurse. This role will be to support and nurse for both dentists, and have a willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Providing support and reassurance to the patient
- Assisting chairside for all procedures
- Preparing the surgery for each treatment
- Decontamination and sterilisation of instruments
- Decontamination and sterilisation of surgery
- Recording and filing patient information
- Carrying out stock control
- General cleaning and practice upkeep
- Any other duties that involve supporting the daily running of the practice as well as the clinicians
Qualifications / Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months experience
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment and adapt to any situation
