The Tissue Viability (TV) Practitioner role is a clinical, hands-on supportive role working in collaboration with the TV CNS. You will be a key member of an inter-disciplinary team delivering specialist clinical expertise in the prevention and management of wounds, pressure ulcers, and skin integrity issues working collaboratively across Adult, Child and Family services and with colleagues in the wider community (e.g. Care homes/GP Practices) to optimise patient outcomes and embed best practice.
Specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Pressure Ulcer Root Cause Analysis (PURCA)
- Panel Leg Lounge and Team/TV clinics for complex reviews
