Great opportunity for a capable, organised, multi-tasker to provide an all round support function to a busy team of Private Client administrators. The role would involve tasks such as collating paperwork and documentation, typing emails and other correspondence for the team, scanning/filing and any ad hoc duties as required on a daily basis to support the smooth running of the department. This is a new role, and has the potential to develop along with the successful candidate, so could be a really interesting opportunity to get involved with all aspects of the team's work.
Applicants will need to have experience in either a secretarial or administrative background, with strong IT skills, the ability to communicate effectively at all levels and to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team.
