Nova Health is recruiting for experienced, professional support workers specialising in Autism, to join our therapy-led care package in Jersey. You’ll be working one-to-one with an adult with complex needs in their own home and local community, supported by a multi-disciplinary team including clinical and dedicated therapy leads.
What we’re looking for:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience
- Experience in autism support
- Active and confident with long-distance walking
- Professional, emotionally aware, and consistent in approach
- Drivers with access to their own vehicle
- Must be Entitled / Entitled to Work (Jersey)
