Le Coin Caché, an intimate French-inspired bistro in St Aubin, Jersey, is looking for a passionate Second Chef (Sous Chef) to support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations. The ideal candidate will help maintain high culinary standards, lead the kitchen team in the Head Chef’s absence, and contribute to menu development.
