Social Media Executive – Jersey (Remote/Hybrid)

Direct Sight is a fast growing UK online eyewear brand. We’re looking for a creative Social Media Executive to implement our social strategy, create content, grow our channels and drive engagement and conversions.

Role

Own and execute social strategy; plan and produce content (static, video, reels); manage calendars; engage communities; work with influencers; collaborate with design and paid teams; report on KPIs and optimise; track trends; ensure brand consistency.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years’ social/content experience; proven growth results;
• Strong content creation (video‑first); excellent writing;
• Confident with analytics;
• Influencer/partnership experience;
• Creative and trend‑aware.
