As part of the resource team, this position is dedicated to optimising staff deployment to foster skill development, cross-project collaboration, and broadened perspectives, all while delivering valuable expertise to our clients. The successful integration of maximum capacity and firm growth is essential for the organisation\’s success. Collaboration, innovation, and a systematic approach to staffing deployment are core values of our team.

Responsibilities include:

• Collaboration with the resource managers end engagement managers in the allocate of staff to engagements
• Assist engagement managers with immediate resourcing issues on a day-to-day basis
• Working with engagement managers to resolving booking conflicts
• Managing staff member time off requests
• Assisting engagement managers with engagement budgets.
