Our client is seeking a Senior Officer to join their Funds & Institutional division on a full-time, permanent basis based in Jersey. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to administer a diverse range of fund structures while supporting both internal stakeholders and a varied international client base. You will deliver high-quality administration services, supervise junior staff, and ensure that operational standards and client expectations are consistently exceeded. Occasional travel to client or other office locations may be required.Job Duties:Perform a wide variety of fund administration tasks accurately and within agreed timelinesProvide quality service to clients and ensure timely delivery of financial administration servicesSupport senior management with day-to-day client administration across fund portfoliosAttend and minute client meetings and act as a point of contact in the absence of managersDeputise for the Assistant Manager or Manager when requiredSupervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and technical supportCollaborate across teams to foster a constructive client servicing cultureEnsure timely and accurate preparation of payments, resolutions, minutes, and checklistsMaintain appropriate records and prepare documentation for signing meetingsMonitor and clear assigned workflow tasks and client bank accountsSupport internal projects and ensure compliance with policies and proceduresProactively identify training needs and support team developmentEnsure all tasks comply with regulatory, policy and risk management requirementsAct as a duly authorised signatory in line with delegated authorityMaintain and develop relationships with clients and intermediaries to support retention and growthAssist in business development through awareness of market conditions and service offeringsJob Requirements:ICSA qualification or relevant professional qualificationMember of a relevant Professional InstituteEvidence of continuing professional development (CPD)Minimum of 5 years\’ experience in fund administrationIn-depth knowledge of Jersey\’s finance industry, especially in relation to fund servicesSolid understanding of relevant laws and best practice for fund administrationAwareness of fund structures and taxation principles in Jersey and related jurisdictionsAbility to supervise and support junior staff and review their workStrong attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of workExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesCompetent in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and OutlookCommercial awareness and ability to identify opportunities within existing client relationshipsOrganised, resilient, and capable of working independently and as part of a teamStrong interpersonal skills and ability to handle complex internal and external dynamicsDemonstrated commitment to group values, operational effectiveness, and client service excellenceWhat You\’ll Love:
