Fantastic opportunity available for a Senior IT Support Technician to join our client and take on a key role in providing the highest quality support to the business ensuring that the IT network is fit for purpose leveraging appropriate technology efficiently and effectively.

Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Taking responsibility for the administration, maintenance and monitoring of software infrastructure and applications.
  • Ensuring operational excellence.
  • Working with the outsourced managed IT provider to ensure a high level of customer service.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years' experience working within either an IT, applications or infrastructure support function with specialist knowledge of operating systems, devices, software and applications (particularly those used within financial services). You must have the ability to build strong collaborative relationships and have relevant and practical experience in delivering multiple small IT projects.
