This position plays a crucial role in supporting lending activities and working to facilitate efficient credit operations, ensuring all credit procedures and administration carried out; maintaining quality of loan book administration, ensuring that appropriate authorisations are obtained, and credit facility documentation, security documentation and legal opinions, are obtained efficiently; producing facility letters for successful applicants; recommending continuous improvement to processes; liaising with and instructing panel law firms and valuers; setting up and maintaining client facility data; assisting in arranging sub-participated facilities to/from entities; assisting in repayment of loan facilities and release of security; arranging for the completion and drawdown of facilities.
Candidate must have excellent organisation, IT, time management and communication skills; experience in working to processes; experience of the issuance of credit facilities and /or general credit competency; diligence and a high level of attention to detail, even when working under pressure.
