The predicted salary is between 72000 - 108000 £ per year.

Our client is a leading offshore law and professional services firm operating in multiple global jurisdictions. For their operation in Guernsey, we are looking for an exceptional lawyer to take on the role of Senior Counsel in their private clients and trust business.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified lawyer with at least 8 years PQE dealing with private wealth, mainly within a law firm.
  • Experience in the Guernsey private client sector or similar offshore locations with comparable regulatory conditions is preferred.
  • Relevant qualifications and experience gained in the UK or Commonwealth, with exposure to offshore trusts and regulatory requirements.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Be an integral part of the senior team, proactively developing the practice and taking leads on business development opportunities.
  • Share knowledge through internal training and externally by attending and presenting at seminars, conferences, and client meetings.
