The Jersey Evening Post seeks an experienced Senior Manager, Change to lead enterprise-wide change governance, prioritisation and delivery. This hands-on leadership role partners with the CIO, Executive Committee and Board to drive a large-scale portfolio in Financial Services, embedding agile and product-aligned ways of working.

You will lead PMs, BAs and the PMO, champion modern change practices and continuous improvement, and ensure initiatives deliver measurable value safely and efficiently.
