Oversee day-to-day management of block properties. Conduct inspections to assess maintenance needs, health and safety compliance and overall condition of the properties. Handle owner inquiries, complaints and requests promptly and professionally, striving to maintain high levels of owner satisfaction.
Liaise with the Maintenance team to co-ordinate property repairs, renovations and maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion and cost effectiveness. Maintain accurate and up-to-date property records, including service charges and maintenance history.
Arrange and lead AGMs. Act as secondary point of contact for owners, address their concerns and resolving any issues that may arise. Manage transitioning and due diligence processes for new owners. Oversee any administrative duties e.g., minutes of meetings for AGMs and Director’s meetings.
