Broadlands is looking for a proactive Property Manager to help run a high-quality portfolio of residential blocks, making sure buildings are maintained properly and owners are looked after.

What you’ll do:

  • Carry out regular inspections of communal areas (inside and out)
  • Organise planned maintenance and monitor building condition
  • Manage contractors for day-to-day repairs and minor works
  • Keep records up to date (maintenance history, service charge info, etc.)
  • Prepare annual budgets
  • Arrange and attend AGMs/GMs and committee/director/shareholder meetings, supporting with admin and advice
