Broadlands is looking for a proactive Property Manager to help run a high-quality portfolio of residential blocks, making sure buildings are maintained properly and owners are looked after.
What you’ll do:
- Carry out regular inspections of communal areas (inside and out)
- Organise planned maintenance and monitor building condition
- Manage contractors for day-to-day repairs and minor works
- Keep records up to date (maintenance history, service charge info, etc.)
- Prepare annual budgets
- Arrange and attend AGMs/GMs and committee/director/shareholder meetings, supporting with admin and advice
Key Skills:
