This role involves working as part of the small team responsible for carrying out all post-harvest activities undertaken within the pharmaceutical part of Caprica’s facility. Key tasks include:
- Carrying out all post-harvest tasks including drying, bucking, trimming, curing, packing, and cleaning.
- Ensuring all activities are carried out in line with Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions.
- Ensuring production records (manual and electronic) are completed accurately.
- Ensuring rigorous cleanliness is maintained throughout the facility at all times.
- Ensure all inventory is accounted for and stored under appropriate conditions.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical accreditation requirements.
- Ad-hoc tasks as requested by the Production Manager.
