Our client is seeking a Company and Trust Administrator to join their Jersey-based private client team. The role involves administering a portfolio of trust and company structures, including complex cases, while ensuring exceptional service delivery. Applicants must meet the five-year Jersey residency requirement.

Job Duties:

  • Administer trust and company structures, including complex cases.
  • Review annual accounts and liaise with bookkeepers and accountants.
  • Maintain high administrative standards and produce periodic reports.
  • Draft documents such as minutes, resolutions, and agreements.
  • Liaise with investment advisers, asset managers, and professional advisers.
  • Attend client meetings and foster close client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to benefit from additional services.
  • Ensure strict confidentiality of client information.

Job Requirements:

  • STEP, ICSA, or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in trust and company administration.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
