As a Porter, you’ll be one of the first friendly faces our guests meet. You’ll welcome and engage with guests throughout their stay, offering personalised service and thoughtful recommendations that showcase your knowledge of the hotel and local area.
Responsibilities:
- You’ll assist with arrivals, luggage, and guest orientation, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience from the moment they step through the door.
- Strong teamwork and clear communication with all departments are essential, helping deliver seamless service, excellence and consistency of daily activities.
Employment details:
This role is being offered on a full time 40 hours per week contract, working a variety of shifts from April to mid September.
Qualifications:
You will have previous experience working in Front office in a luxury four or five star hotel.
