Seeking a highly organised and proactive Part-time (14 hours per week) Personal Assistant to support a HNW private household west of the island. Must have own transport and be flexible with working days/hours to adjust to the needs of the family.
Needs a can-do attitude and excellent communication skills. Must have the ability to understand up-to-date IT programs, with experience of A.I technology an advantage. Previous office experience essential with at least 10+ years in a similar role/administration.
Must be proficient in Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle a wide range of tasks and prioritise accordingly.
