Fig and Willow is seeking a passionate and sales-driven Sales Person / Supervisor to join our team. This role is ideal for a confident, customer-focused individual with a love for fashion accessories, gifts and people. Our goal is to provide an inclusive and kind customer experience providing additional assistance to customers when required.
Responsibilities
- You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales performance, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and support daily store operations.
- Handling deliveries and stock management.
- Key holder duties (opening and closing the store).
- Support colleagues when required.
- An interest in social media and creating engaging in-store content would be beneficial.
