Overview

Operational Services Support – 20 hours per week worked over 5 days

Role: Working part-time (20 hours per week), as a member of the Operational Services Team, the successful postholder will provide team members with support in a variety of tasks relating to day-to-day administration including prepping for support delivery, data collection / input and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Operational Services Team, including prepping for support delivery, data collection/input, and project-related tasks.

Qualifications

  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Highly organised and self-motivated
  • Ability to prioritise workload, multi-task and work with minimal supervision
  • Flexibility plus a ‘can do’ approach
  • Applicants must have a good standard of Education, together with a willingness to undertake training relevant in autism, or any other training in relation to the role and responsibility as required.
