Our client is seeking a flexible individual with a broad skill set to undertake a hybrid role providing management and analytical skills for the Change team. The responsibilities include: Guiding teams through smaller scale change initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Ensuring process improvement efforts leveraging Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Conducting cost-benefit analyses to evaluate feasibility and impact of initiatives. Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to identify opportunities for improvement. Establishing and monitoring performance metrics to measure the success of operational initiatives and ensure alignment with the organisational Operation Excellence quadrants. The successful candidate will have a demonstrable background in business analysis and associated qualifications, along with: The ability to negotiate, mediate, and tailor explanations of complex processes, procedures, and concepts to the relevant audience.
